At Event Espresso Catering, we bring the coffee shop to you! We cater everything you can order at your favorite cafe as our baristas craft unlimited gourmet drinks for your guests using the finest organic, fair-trade, and fresh coffee beans. Requiring only a minimal setup time and a power outlet, we supply EVERYTHING!
Over the years, we have mastered the art of creating a unique onsite cafe experience. We cater any event from office meetings to full-scale conferences, backyard parties to elaborate wedding receptions. You can even customize any event with logos, colors, aprons, custom sleeves, etc. Our highly trained staff provide excellent problem-solving skills and the special touches that help make your event a huge success. We are always friendly and professional while adapting to any event to make your guests feel most comfortable. Your satisfaction is our only option and we plan on keeping it that way.

Customizing & Branding

Customizing and branding ­ We understand that branding is a huge part of business advertising and often a very nice touch.  Add your logo, company name or monogram to a number of items!  We offer aprons, coffee sleeves, napkins, stir sticks, and anything else you may want!
Corporate
Highly experienced in all corporate style events with a large focus on large conferences.  We are often the coffee sponsor at conferences and can accommodate very large groups.  Whether your event is at a hotel or conference center we can do it!  Our goal is to be self-contained and easy to manage.  We know you have a million other things to worry about.
Weddings

We understand that this is a huge day and we love that we are a part of it!  Whether it is a brunch wedding or an all nighter your guest will love this extra touch.  Check out our custom options and feel free to share your ideas with us.  We love getting creative!
Roasts

We are directly partnered with Dos Niñas Importers, a family owned coffee farm in Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Our handpicked micro-lot offers the highest quality and most flavorful dynamic of beans. Our beans are roasted in small batches by The Raleigh Coffee Company and delivered weekly to ensure we serve the freshest espresso drinks.

We may only mention two types of events above, but we love them all! From backyard barbecues to baby showers to employee appreciation we have got you covered.
