Event Espresso is currently celebrating our 15th year in business – and we’re still doing it our way. Casey started the business out of a desire to work within the 9-to-5 lifestyle without living a 9-to-5 life. She asked herself: how do you find success outside of the box? And from there Event Espresso was born. 

If you ask us how we’re finding success in the way we do business, the answer is simple: we work within the framework, but place human connection at the center of our work. We aren’t reinventing the wheel, we are simply prioritizing human to human connection. 

In the era of AI generation, what this means for us is not leading with AI generated responses or bots. Every time you reach out to Event Espresso, Casey or one of our managers are the ones who will reach back. This approach takes a little more time and personal energy, but our values are based on trust, compassion, and empathy. 

To us, this is the easy road. When you’re a bunch of events people, getting to work with others makes our job worthwhile. And there isn’t anything easier than that. The heart of Casey’s dream is the aim of lightening someone’s day or helping them find a smile. Which means we’re in pursuit of a true understanding of humanity. 

And let’s be real, being an independent company, where everyone is known by name allows this to be a reality. Owning a small company comes with its own challenges, there aren’t investors, stocks, or parent companies. So we are fueled by impressing you. 

Our ambition is to be able to read the room and fit your aesthetic – anywhere. Every event, no matter how big or small, is the most important event. Because presence is required when serving coffee and making connections happen. 

We don’t want to be just a stellar addition to your event. We want to prioritize you. And this how we place humans at the center of our framework. Not just with our teams, but forging long-term relationships with clients. 

And those long-term relationships are what have allowed us to be in business for 15 years. It not only inspires us to work, but it keeps us in the zone.
