As I’ve mentioned before, we are celebrating our 15th year in business as a national company and taking the time to reflect on what makes us, us. A part of the reason we’ve made it this far is because we strive for a high-quality product where excellent service is top priority. This extends to how we fit the needs of our customers no matter where we are. This is part of why we have hubs across the country, with more coming soon. We understand the need to keep costs low, so being able to pull from the local team avoids travel costs. Also, since we’re close by it allows us to build long lasting relationships with you event after event.  

It’s hard to be in all these places at once, and so that’s why Casey, our founder, created the Brand Manager role. A large part of my role is to go from territory to territory ensuring our promise to our clients – to elevate their event no matter how big or small – is realized. So far, this role has taken me to Chicago, Raleigh, and now New Orleans. 

Each territory and team is a little different, but so are the populations we serve. In the windy city, Chicago, we find ourselves doing more corporate events in high-rises. In Raleigh, it feels like a 50/50 split between intimate events like weddings and corporate events. New Orleans is bolstered by our partnership with Smoothie King. And in the crescent city we find it’s heavy on the all-day conferences at the Hyatt, Roosevelt, and Marriott.

Understanding that each territory has its own feel is important to understand how we have managed to stay in business as long as we have. Our team is as dynamic as each place we serve, which helps us meet every event where the need is. Reading the room and showing up for your guests is something we pride ourselves on. 

The juxtaposition of living a fast-paced lifestyle in Chicago to now unwinding in the raw, natural beauty of New Orleans is why Event Espresso speaks to our success. As a company, there is such depth we get to pull from and celebrate as a company and with our incredible team. 

We have been in Chicago, New Orleans, and Raleigh for over 10 years of our business. And often, other territories are operated by members of our team who have been with us on our coffee journey. Or we can travel with you event after event. We've just wrapped our third ACVR Annual Scientific Conference with IDEXX and look forward to next year when the event is in New Orleans.

As I look out the window of the houseboat I am currently living on and see the reflections of the water around me, I am captivated by three herons flying overhead. I think of the journey I have been on with Event Espresso and am filled with such joy. I have finally found a company that can meet me where I want to go. 

I didn’t dream of owning a big house or having a large wedding. My 12 year old dream was to travel for work, ideally see the world. Inspired by my grandmother, I am currently in pursuit of that dream, assisted by Casey’s ambition to bring her craft and love of coffee to those along this road. 

We are a small company, but we are driven by big dreams and even bigger personalities. When you hire us for your next event, you can expect our best no matter where you are.
